Ezekiel3’s mission is to warn its readers of apostasy in these last days. The title of this post,“GOD WAS MANIFEST IN THE FLESH” should be without controversy to those of us who are born again Christians. But I fear this is not the case with many professing Christians today, at least according to their bibles. We will start this Bible study by looking at the Bible (the AV1611 of course).
And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. 1Tim 3:16
Many Christians are saying one thing, yet reading another. 1Timothy 3:16 is one of the greatest verses in the scripture that plainly declares Jesus is God! Modern translators of the perverted ASV, the NASV, the RSV, the NRSV, and the NIV first published between 1901 and 1978 remove God being manifest in the flesh, thus attacking and denying the deity of Jesus Christ. Where did this Godless 1Timothy 3:16 originate? Perhaps you guessed it; that old rotten whore of Revelation 17; the Roman Catholic Church led by an anti-christ Pope devised this blasphemy. The Roman Catholic Jesuit Rheims bible of 1582 removed the word God from 1Timothy 3:16 and apostate translators taking their que for the Pope, have been doing it ever since the AV1611 was given us by the Holy Spirit. And of course Christians who are candidates for apostasy are now reading the afore-mentioned perverted bible translations plus a host of others for sale in christian bookstores.
1Timothy 3:16 is just one in thousands of eternally dangerous word/doctrinal changes that reprobate translators and publishers use to blind lost and saved alike!
