Hear now this, O foolish people and without understanding; which have eyes , and see not; which have ears, and hear not: Jer. 5:21
Rush Of Fools “a christian rock band” deceived a packed house last night as they brought their so-called MU-SICK MINISTRY to a Grace Baptist church in my home town. I went to see what all the darkness was about and found Satan’s ministers a.k.a. ROF on a well lighted stage while the war-shippers sat in darkness both literally and spiritually! At the very start it was plain that everyone’s eyes were wide shut to the blasphemy taking place in the house of the living God. …they know not the way of the LORD… Jer. 5:4
Leading by example the youth director opened with prayer and came just short of praying in the name of Jesus.
Next, the opening act thrashed about on stage as if the spirit of Ozzy Osborn was controlling them. One band member sported long effeminate hair while another showed off his earrings. Not one noticed (or did they?) that a third band member wore a t-shirt with a satanic lightning emblem. No mention of Jesus in their songs, not one!
After a ten minute intermission the youth director had a chance to redeem himself when he prayed for the love offering. Leading by example, he neglected again to pray in the name of Jesus, though he did get close. Selah.
Rush Of Fools took the stage and continued the heretical noise with an even louder beat fresh out of the jungles of Africa! The MU-SICK was so loud that I could feel it in my chest and the AV1611 King James Bible I was holding vibrated in my hands. Really! No kidding.
I went there to see if I could find Jesus in this blasphemous fiasco and did not hear him mentioned by name untill one hour and twenty-two minutes had passed. The lead singer of ROF managed to mumble his precious name in one of his poorly written song lyrics. A little while later a band member filled in for the pastor who was hiding and chose not to appear on stage with the band. Wonder why? Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! saith the LORD Jer: 23:1 This band member made a feeble attempt to preach the gospel to the bewitched crowd. No one came forward to accept Jesus as their Saviour, and it just as well because the stage/altar was swamped with “christian head bangers”. Perhaps this crowd of reprobates knew something I didn’t, perhaps the musician/magician was representing any other gospel. Gal. 1:8 because the worship being delivered up was not being accepted by the Jesus Christ of the Holy Bible. This musical assault on heaven amounted to no more than vomit on the LORD’s table! I didn’t hear one profession of faith during the whole evening. The band member mentioned the death of Jesus on the cross but forgot to tell about the burial and resurrection! hmm Selah. More MU-SICK then it was over. Almost!
ROF left the stage and the frenzied crowd, now worked up by the spirit of Ozzy chanted for an altar call (oops I ment encore). And boy did they get one. The spirit of Ozzy led the boys out for one more song. You had to be there to believe what happened next. The spirit of the rock band Leonard Skynard temporarily possessed band and they did Skynard’s anthem “Sweet Home Alabama” and literally rocked the house. And come and stand before me in this house, which is called by my name, and say, We are delivered to do all these abominations? Jer. 7:10 Young children, teens, men and women forgot they were in the house which is called by the name that is above every other name, Jesus Christ; and they all with one accord began to dance twisting and singing in the pews and isles with all abandonment. …they have set their abominations in the house which is called by my name to pollute it. Jer. 7:30 Thankfully this was the last song for the night because its hard to tell what might have happened! …for they proceed from evil to evil, and they know not me, saith the LORD. Jer. 9:3 The last song’s lyrics blaspheme the name of the Lord and ROF played it full force while apostates applauded and danced in the LORD’s house. …I have seen it, saith the LORD. Jer. 7:11
I left immediately, who knows what judgment was about to be released on the pastor, youth pastor, deacons and those putting on this satanic show. The prophets prophesy falsely, (youth directors) and the priests (pastors) bear rule by their means; AND MY PEOPLE LOVE TO HAVE IT SO; AND WHAT WILL YE DO IN THE END THEREOF? Jer. 5:31
Jacob: After posting “RUSH OF FOOLS – A Final Word” I thought we were done with this, but it appears that you wrote just before you went to bed on Tuesday and got up early still thinking about what concerned you. I will once again try to lead you in paths of righteousness. You ask why I don’t love? Answer. I do. Examples: I spend much time, money, and effort to spread the gospel of my Lord Jesus Christ: using the street preaching and evangelism method. If numbers mean success to you, consider this, I reach 10 of thousands each year with the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and I would consider that pretty loving. I do not have ought against those who encouraged the blasphemy on Jan. 18th in Parkersburg,WV at the Rush of Fools CON-cert! My comments came loud and clear to a people that were so far from God that I had to shout while writing my post. And yes I did speak to you as someone that knew nothing about the Biblical view of c-rock. You accuse me of bashing churches. I speak out about churches that teach false doctrines which damn men’s souls or churches that have departed form the words of the living God (AV1611 KJB). The Bible teaches that the Lord chastises those who he loves and my preaching at c-rock concerts is God’s chastisement on Bible ignorant church leaders.
God Bless,
Bro. Ray
Leave our offerings at the *altar.
Also keep in mind, Ray, that I speak to you as a brother in Christ. I don’t say this to condemn or tell you that you have everything wrong. I say this out of love. As brothers and sisters in Jesus, we are called to love one another. And if we have a problem with another, we are to leave our offerings at the offer and go make it right with them. I am speaking to you as a brother, as another child of our great God. I’m asking you to do the same for me. I’m asking that you speak to me as another believer, not an ignorant fool who knows nothing of our Lord. I hope and pray that you’ll truly think about what I’m saying. May God be with you in your walk on this earth. May you bring glory to Him in all that you do. Amen.
My question to you, Ray, is why don’t you love? As a fellow child of the one true God, saved by the mercy and grace and the blood of Jesus Christ, all I can see on this blog is hatred. All I see you do is bash churches. All I’m asking is that you look at what God tells you to do. He says we are to LOVE. Please, really think about this. This is what people are seeing. This is why Christians have a bad name in our country. We don’t LOVE the way we should. I’m included in that. But I know that if I, as a Christian, don’t see any love in your words, there’s no way an unbeliever will see love. You are very zealous in what you do, and that is a quality that is admirable. But I see no love.
Gregg if you don’t know or comprehend that sweet home Alabama shouldn’t be play in Church then God help you …Lynyrd Skynyrd is a rebel… This song has no place in Gods Sanctuary
Sadly… many churches today have become so weak and limpwristed that they cannot stand up against the seemingly choking and oppressive hands of the world, the flesh, and the devil, and the modern church is also being used like a cheap prostitute.
We are exhorted in Romans 12 to not be conformed to the world, exhorted in 2 Corinthians 6 to be separate from those who intermingle themselves with darkness, and exhorted to abstain from ALL appearance of evil in 1 Thessalonians 5:22 (not just every form, but all appearance. If it can be considered evil, STAY AWAY FROM IT).
In the midst of the so-called tolerance and spinelessness that comes with liberalism or lukewarmness creeping in to churches, groups like this are invited to churches for the purpose of nothing more than ENTERTAINMENT, for the purpose of increasing NUMBERS and not the salvation of the lost or the maturing and strengthening of the saints.
Was there repentance of sin? Forsaking of wicked ways? Were they revering God, and not being entertained by a pompous group bearing the name of fools? If the answer to any of these questions are no, then the spirit that was operating was not of God. Entertaining a sinner will not get them to heaven. Entertaining a saint will not get them closer to God.
When there is:
no repentance,
no humility,
no fear of the Lord,
Then you can rest assured that the spirit that is operating is not of God.

Titus 1:16 They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.
1 Corinthians 10:21 Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord’s table, and of the table of devils.

Amen Bro. these guys and Short a Buck they are habituants of the synagogue of Satan .These people cant discern good from evil if they dont know Sweet home Alabama shouldnt be played in church…Christian? If they are they are without a clue
Dear Greg: Most, if not all of your reply is dealt with in this post or others within this blog. And if you or others are looking for answers you will find many throughout my posts.
But let me answer your last statement directly. All I know about you is what you say and I have not heard you say that you are Scripurally saved. From what you have said I cannot even determine if you qualify as a steeple bred stillborn, let alone a born-again, Bible believing, blood washed, Jesus loving Christian. All my cards are on the table at ABOIUT US which is my testimony in short form. As far as I can determine you are another unbeliever, ever learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the TRUTH! You showed your spades, sonny, and you have no more respect or knowledge 0f the word of God than those responsible for the c-rock concert in question here. ME THINKS you should answer the following before we continue this discouse.
1. Was it or was it not 82 minutes before the name of Jesus was spoken in this ROF concert?
2. Did the youth director pray in Jesus name or not?
3. Was the music so loud that it would vibrate an AV1611 Bible in your hand?
4. Were children, teens. men, and women doing worldly dancing in the sanctuary?
5. Was it not so dark in this “service” that one could not read the Bible?
6. Did ROF play or not play Lynard Skynards anthem, “Sweet Home Alabama”, when there could have been an altar call for the lost to trust Jesus Christ as Saviour?
7. Did ROF take the name of the Lord in vain or not while singing Lynard Skynards song?
8. Did or did not professing Christians dance in a worldly fashion to this unGodly song in the house of the living God, while the muscians took God’s name in vain?
These questions are not only for Greg, but for the pastor, youth director, deacons, members or anyone else who sponsored or attended the Jan.18th ROF concert, and is reading this post. NOW, here’s my hand straight up, no spades, if anyone can prove that I am wrong about my blog’s conclusions to the above eight questions, I will not only take down this post, but I will take down this blog site. And I will visit the said church in person and offer an apology to the entire congregation on a Sunday morning for this entire post.
Don’t forget kiddies, I have witnesses. Bless you, Bro. Ray
Me thinks he doth protest too much. My point was, is, and always shall be that regardless of version or translation, my God preaches love, compassion, and devotion. You have the third in spades. Unfortunately, you show no love or compassion and actually relish crusading angrily against lost and saved alike.
Please correct me if I’m wrong here (and not just because it makes you feel better about yourself) but the AV1611 KJB was not given to mankind in the English language, as you stated. It was translated from Hebrew (Old Testament) and Greek (New Testament) by scholars of the time. Unless you can translate Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek, then your beloved 1611KJV is of really no more use to you, or me, than the 1769KJV (which is the most widely used and recognized English version in existence).
Let’s put my “perversion” as you say out in the light, shall we? The following is your beloved 1611KJV Col. 3:12-14 to reference against mine…
“Put on therefore (as the elect of God, holy and beloued) bowels of mercies, kindnesse, humblenesse of minde, meekenesse, long suffering, Forbearing one another, and forgiuing one another, if any man haue a quarrell against any: euen as Christ forgaue you, so also doe yee. And aboue all these things put on charitie, which is the bond of perfectnesse.”
Translate as you wish, but you still can’t get away from mercy, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, and a laundry list of other characteristics that you have nothing in common with. And I’ll do my best to point out that “if any man have a quarrel against any, even as Christ forgave you, so also do you.” If I’ve done a poor job of perverting 1611 to present day English, by all means, let me know. And be sure to do it in a way that is inconsistent with the Word of God, as you are so apt to do.
Please do not put words in my mouth or attempt to spin your argument by falsely accusing me of agreeing with any band, or church for that matter. All that you know of me is that I disagree with your angry tirades in the name of righteousness.
I can only assume Greg Buck approves of “Christian Rock”. That wound not be surprising considering he does not have enough spiritual discernment to know the true word of God from Satanic corruptions. Wrong Book, Wrong Musick. Keep up the good work brother, exposing apostasy in the Laodicean church.
Dear Greg: You accuse me of quoting scripture wrecklessly, there fore you conclude that I am blaspheming. You site Col. 3:12-14 then proceed to quote from one of the New Age perversions of the scriptures. You even have the nerve to refer to your favorite Westcott and Hort perversion as scripture. My, my son do you not know that the AV1611 King James Bible is the scriptures give mankind by the Holy Ghost in the English language. You accuse me of being a false prophet then you agree with a band that closes out their praise and worship service with a secular song that takes God’s name in vain as a substitute for an altar call. And I did ask myself what Jesus would do and I looked in the Bible and found out that he would upset the tables of these musical minstrels of satan. Amen. Amen.
Whereas I can appreciate your resolve and unyielding faith, your delivery and tactics unfortunately overshadow anything positive that your message could convey. It could be argued that quoting scripture wrecklessly is blasphemy. But even worse is ignoring scripture when it is convenient. Colossians 3:12-14 states, “Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.” I would contend that you have very little love in your heart and might need to spend a little more time in the Word, and less on the computer, before witnessing to others. Your words are hurtful, spiteful, and mean-spirited. Maybe ask yourself before your next blog, “What would Jesus do?”
And for those replying to this blog, please do not follow mindlessly like sheep to slaughter. Before agreeing with this man and/or condemning churches he aligns against, witness these for yourself and form your own opinions. There were false prophets throughout the Bible, can he not be one as well?
Dear Megan, If you were not banging your head the bands were banging it for you with a devilish rock beat. If you were familiar with the Bible you would know better. Numbers (600) do not make an event righteous or pleasing to God. Scripture teaches that God judges a work by its’ sort, not size. The Bible that you are so unfamiliar with teaches us not to follow a multitude to do evil. Remember it was a large crowd that crucified the Lord Jesus Christ, and they were lost! Be sure to check the September archives on this blog for informative information your pastor is keeping from you. You would do well to get into an independant fundamental church that preaches the gospel out of an AV1611 and believes it is the words of God. Bless you sister. Selah.
Dear Megan, You should realize that Jesus is not something as you refer to Him in your comment. He is one of three persons in the Godhead. He is a person. God in the flesh. The Saviour of the whole world, especially of those that believe, NOT FEEL! I do not remember tormenting anyone at your praise and WAR-SHIP service. And no, I do not have anything better to do than try to point apostate stillborns like yourself to the words of God in the AV1611 Bible which I am sure you are not familiar with. Check the September archives and read Rock and Roll is not the Rock of the Bible and Winter Jam 2013 – Concert Information for more up-to-date Biblical information on the BLASPHEMY that you participated in on Jan. 18th. God Bless and have a good day. Bro. Ray
Ray
Churches today are compromising there standards and their faith for what? Trying to draw people in the worlds way. How about praying letting the Holy Spirit do the work then we go knocking on some doors telling and compelling the sinner to come in. This is truly strange fire before our God..Truly this wicked group has been…Daniel 5:27 TEKEL; Thou art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting.
Ray,
I was there and worked there and was at the front, and I’d love to know where you got “christian head bangers” from a group of kids standing at the front worshiping God. We did nothing even relatively close to “head banging”. But there is obviously something all of us knew that you didn’t, and his name is Jesus!! And if you couldn’t feel him that night in that room then I doubt you have ever felt the Holy Spirit and you obviously don’t know the Lord very well at all. How do you think that 600 people gathered together to worship our Lord is satanic? How self-righteous are you to not be able to see the Lord at work in these people’s lives?!
I was there and I was right up front and yes , there is something we know that you didn’t!! Jesus! If you couldn’t feel Jesus in that room that you never will and never have felt Jesus! If you think it’s so Satanic and terrible, WHY DO YOU COME?! Do you have nothing better to do with your life than torment Christians worshiping our God and Savior the Lord Jesus Christ?!
LOLouder Bro. Karr, when they did mention Jesus the worshipful mob by this time had the spiritual senses pounded out of them by the loud musical assault on all that is called holy and they could not comprehend what that name that is above every other name really means and stands for! These steeple bred worldlings had worked themselves into an ecclesiasticl frenzy before any attempt was made to mention Jesus. Its as though the church leadership was trying to hide their light under a bushel of heresy and unbelief. Don’t forget after mentioning his name, this musical assault team (ROF) blasphemed the name of the LORD in their closing song, Sweet Home Alabama, when they should have been giving an alter call.
Ray, churches are falling away big time these days. They are trying to please the world to get the numbers. Good article Sorry to hear that another church is lost. Even the elect shall fall. Many are falling in different ways. They have dull ears and cannot hear Jesus anymore. There are still obedient churches who follow the Word of God. Let’s pray we lose no more churches.
Well gee Ray it may have taken 82 minutes but he did mention Jesus. That proves it is Christian music. Ease up and quit being so negative! LOL
Debbie, I appreciate your support!! I will be adding more to this article in the next few days, you will want to check back for the updates. Again thanks and tell Pete I said “God Speed” Bro. Ray
Good job Ray
