CONSIDER THIS
The word “Easter” is not a mistake or mistranslation in the King James Bible (AV1611). It does not need “fixed”, only “explained”, only “believed”.
And when he had apprehended him, he put him in prison, and delivered him to four quaternions of soldiers to keep him; intending after Easter to bring him forth to the people. Acts 12:4
The word “Easter” is used in every English translation up to and including the King James Bible, because to not do so would be a lie. Easter and Passover ARE NOT synonymous, except in the minds and hearts of Bible critics.
Easter is a Pagan holiday being celebrated by Herod, that just happened to fall during the days of unleavened bread which followed the Jewish Passover. Read it for yourself, Acts 12:3. Passover was over when Peter was thrown in prison; no need here for Herod to wait on it; Passover was not Easter and Easter was not Passover.
Passover is a set day on the Jewish calendar, Easter follows the lunar cycle of the moon, and is on a different date, and/or month (March or April) every year.
Consider this, Romans had no concerns about executing a Jew on Passover, consider what they did to Jesus Christ on Passover! SELAH.
