Chapter two of the Book of Acts perhaps, has been used by Satan and his ministers to damn or deceive more Gentile souls than any other chapter in the Bible.
“The first heresy to come out of this chapter is baptismal regeneration Acts 2:38,” the “second is baptism of the Holy Ghost as second act of grace” necessary for sanctification, third is “initial evidence of speaking in tongues” as evidence of receiving the Holy Ghost”.
Pentecost is first of all a Jewish feast (Lev. 23:15-21). Read it. Believe it. The experience that happened at this feast has not been repeated for the last 2000 years (Acts 20:16) Read it. Believe it.
Most that call themselves Pentecostals could not find the day of Pentecost with a calendar in their hand. Try it. Then read the Scriptures and believe them as they are written.
