For years now the Pentecostal/charismatic crowd has practiced “being slain in the spirit”. Ezekiel3 contends this practice is not of God, and is not found in the Holy Bible (AV1611 of course).
This highly questionable practice plays out weekly in hyper-Pentecostal and charismatic churches. These hyper-Pentecostals idolize the likes of Rodney Howard Brown, Kenneth Copeland, Kenneth Hagin, and of course the grand heretic of them all Benny Hinn. The aforementioned legends of heresy practice or advocate the “being slain in the spirit” phenomenon in their meetings. Why do you suppose “being slain in the spirit” is not broadcast on TBN, INSP, GodTV and so forth since these men are regulars on these networks? Just trying to make you think.
